YouTube API Services Data Policy

Shuffle Resume uses YouTube API Services through Google OAuth only to support user-requested YouTube playlist/session functionality.

The app requests Google identity scopes for sign-in and the YouTube playlist scope needed to create or update playlists and add videos selected by the user for a saved queue session.

Shuffle Resume is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by YouTube or Google.

The app may receive and store the connected Google account identifier, OAuth scope, token expiry information, access and refresh tokens, YouTube video identifiers, playlist identifiers, session title, ordered queue state, current resume position, and timestamps needed to save and resume a YouTube queue.

The app does not download, cache, stream, copy, redistribute, or resell YouTube audio or video content.

The app does not use YouTube API data for advertising profiles, model training, unrelated analytics, resale, or independent content analysis.

You can disconnect Google/YouTube from Apps. Disconnecting removes the Google account record, token material, YouTube queue sessions, and synced YouTube play events stored by Shuffle Resume.

You can also revoke Shuffle Resume's Google access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

YouTube API data associated with a disconnected account or account deletion request is removed from active app records through the disconnect or deletion workflow and, where any remaining YouTube API data is identified, will be deleted within 30 calendar days unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute records.

Shuffle Resume's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
