Billing and Refund Policy

Shuffle Resume offers Stripe-managed subscriptions, including monthly and quarterly billing where configured.

Checkout sessions are created server-side after authentication and are tied to the authenticated user's account.

Subscription status is updated through signed Stripe webhooks and stored in the database for entitlement checks.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe customer portal when the app has a Stripe customer id for your account.

Account deletion attempts to cancel eligible Stripe subscriptions at period end.

Refunds are not automatic. Contact support@ocoferudition.com with the email used for billing and the reason for the request.

Shuffle Resume billing does not include Spotify Premium, Apple Music, YouTube Premium, TIDAL access, or any other provider subscription.

Any provider streaming or playback restrictions remain controlled by the provider.
