Terms of Use

Rules for using Shuffle Resume and connected third-party services.

Service scope

Shuffle Resume is a companion service that helps you save a deterministic music queue, mirror it into supported provider playlists, and resume that session later.

The app does not sell music, sell streaming access, claim provider endorsement, or replace Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TIDAL, or any other provider.

You remain responsible for your provider accounts, provider subscription requirements, and compliance with the third-party terms that apply to those accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for shared listening, non-interactive webcasting, audio mixing, scraping, abusive automation, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass provider restrictions.

Do not upload, store, or request content you do not have rights to use, and do not use the service to harass, attack, or disrupt other users or providers.

We may suspend or restrict accounts, sessions, or requests that create security risk, abuse provider APIs, violate these terms, or threaten service reliability.

Billing

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the app's billing portal, Stripe-hosted checkout, or support process.

Account deletion sets eligible Stripe subscriptions to cancel at period end when a subscription id exists.

Fees pay for the Shuffle Resume SaaS service and do not purchase Spotify content, Spotify streaming access, Apple Music access, YouTube access, TIDAL access, or any provider subscription.

Intellectual property and provider content

You keep your rights in playlist names, session titles, and account content you provide to the app.

Music providers and rightsholders keep their rights in provider content, catalogs, metadata, trademarks, and streaming services.

O'Cof Erudition owns the Shuffle Resume product, software, branding, documentation, and service design, except for third-party materials we do not own.

Using Shuffle Resume does not grant rights to copy, scrape, redistribute, analyze, train on, remix, or resell provider content.

Disclaimers

Provider APIs, OAuth flows, playback SDKs, and deep links can change or fail outside our control.

We provide the service as available and may change features to keep the app secure, compliant, and reliable.
