Third-Party Services Disclosure

Spotify is used for OAuth, private playlist creation, deep links, recent-played sync where requested, and Spotify Web Playback where supported.

Apple is used for Sign in with Apple and Apple Music playlist/session functionality when connected by the user.

Google is used for Google sign-in and YouTube API Services playlist/session functionality when connected by the user.

TIDAL is used for TIDAL OAuth, account lookup, private playlist creation, track insertion, and saved-session handoff when connected by the user.

Stripe is used for checkout, subscriptions, customer portal sessions, billing status, and signed webhook events.

Hostinger hosts the managed Node.js web app and may process infrastructure request and performance logs. Database and rate-limit storage may use Neon/Postgres and Upstash Redis where configured.

We send each provider only the data needed for the requested provider action.

Provider and billing services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not ask providers to stream audio to Shuffle Resume, and Shuffle Resume does not download, cache, redistribute, or resell provider audio.
