Spotify Compliance and Playback Use Policy

Shuffle Resume uses Spotify only as needed to authenticate the user, create or reopen private playlists, sync limited playback metadata when requested, and resume a user's own saved queue.

Shuffle Resume is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Spotify.

The app is a companion session-saving product and is not a replacement for Spotify's core app, catalog, radio, recommendation, or playback experience.

Spotify Web Playback requires a Spotify Premium account where Spotify requires Premium.

The app must not be used for non-interactive internet webcasting, shared listening, public performance, simultaneous multi-listener playback, audio mixing, overlapping, segueing, remixing, or attempts to bypass Spotify restrictions.

Monetization applies to the Shuffle Resume SaaS service, not to Spotify Content, Spotify streaming access, or Spotify Premium.

The app stores only the track identifiers and metadata needed for saved sessions, playlist creation, resume behavior, and limited play history features.

The app does not use Spotify Content for advertising profiles, machine learning training, content analysis, remixing, redistribution, or resale.

Users can disconnect Spotify in Apps or revoke access from their Spotify account settings. Disconnecting Spotify removes the Spotify account record, token material, Spotify queue sessions, Spotify play events, and Spotify shuffle history from Shuffle Resume.
