TIDAL Data Handling Policy
How Shuffle Resume handles TIDAL OAuth, playlist, and saved-session data.
TIDAL API use
Shuffle Resume uses TIDAL OAuth and TIDAL API access only to support user-requested TIDAL playlist/session functionality.
The app may use TIDAL access to identify the connected TIDAL account, create a private playlist, add selected TIDAL track identifiers in order, and return TIDAL links for saved-session handoff.
Shuffle Resume is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by TIDAL.
TIDAL data handled
The app may store the connected TIDAL provider account identifier, OAuth scope, token expiry information, access and refresh tokens, TIDAL track identifiers, playlist identifiers, session title, ordered queue state, current resume position, and timestamps needed to save and resume a TIDAL queue.
The app does not download, cache, stream, copy, redistribute, or resell TIDAL audio or catalog content.
The app does not use TIDAL data for advertising profiles, model training, unrelated analytics, resale, or independent content analysis.
Disconnect and deletion
You can disconnect TIDAL from Apps. Disconnecting removes the TIDAL account record, token material, TIDAL queue sessions, and synced TIDAL play events stored by Shuffle Resume.
You can request account deletion from Apps or contact privacy@ocoferudition.com for access, correction, or deletion help tied to your TIDAL connection.
TIDAL may retain account and usage records under its own terms and privacy notice.
Applicable TIDAL terms
Your use of TIDAL through Shuffle Resume is subject to TIDAL's Terms and Conditions at https://tidal.com/terms and TIDAL's Privacy Notice at https://tidal.com/privacy.
Shuffle Resume's use of TIDAL developer tools is also subject to applicable TIDAL Developer Terms.
