Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Account, provider, subscription, and queue records are retained while your account is active so the app can authenticate, bill, save sessions, and resume queues.

Shuffle history is capped in code to reduce stored track identifiers.

Stripe webhook event ids are retained to prevent duplicate billing-event processing.

Deletion requests enter a 30-day recovery window, after which operational removal can be completed.

Account deletion clears provider token fields, marks the user for deletion, creates a deletion request, and schedules eligible Stripe subscription cancellation at period end.

Session deletion soft-deletes a saved queue by marking it deleted, which keeps the system from reopening it through normal user routes.

Provider disconnect removes the selected provider account record and token material for that user.

Stripe may retain payment records under its own legal and compliance obligations.

Music providers may retain account and usage records under their own terms and privacy policies.
